If you have sent us a request, you probably noticed that you started on one site and finished on another. You wrote to us on feelbetter.agency, and the link we sent back opened on shop.feelbetter.agency. That is not an accident, and it is not two companies. It is one concierge service with two rooms: one for the conversation, one for the checkout.
feelbetter.agency is where we talk
The agency site is the conversation. It is where you tell us what you want, in a sentence, a photo or a screenshot, using the request composer at feelbetter.agency. There is no account and no password; we only need an email address so we can send your link back. It is also where we publish the company blog, and where you follow a request as it moves. Every request gets a reference number that looks like FB-00012, and its status page lives at feelbetter.agency/r/ followed by that number. The agency site is available in English, Korean, Japanese and Spanish.
shop.feelbetter.agency is where you pay
The shop is our Shopify storefront. When a concierge finds your item, we do not forward you to the seller. We create a private product page for your find and send you that link. The page shows the item, the right variant, the price in Korean won, a shipping estimate and, when we know them, the customs duties. The source seller is named under a "Verified seller" badge, but the seller's own URL stays private.
Checkout runs on Shopify Payments and Shop Pay, so your card details are handled by Shopify, never typed into a chat with us. Order confirmation emails, shipping and refund policies, tax and duty handling are all built into the store, and the storefront works in seven languages: English, Korean, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, German and French.
How a request moves between the two
- Received. You send a request on feelbetter.agency or on the shop's request page. You get a reference number straight away.
- Sourcing. AI gathers candidate listings; a concierge opens the seller page and runs our checks. We describe them in how we verify a seller.
- Listed. We build the private product page on the shop, with the full price already worked out.
- Sent. The link lands in your inbox, usually within the hour. Your status page shows "sent".
- Ordered. You check out on the shop. From there, the order emails come from the store.
Why not keep everything on one site?
The split keeps each side simple and safe. The conversation side stays light: no accounts, no stored payment details, just your message and a status page. The checkout side can be strict: a tested payment system, written policies, order records, email receipts. Doing both in one place would either make asking harder than it needs to be or make paying less secure than it should be.
It also means the price you see is complete. The link price is the seller's price converted to won, plus our 10% service fee (minimum ₩5,000), plus a shipping estimate of ₩3,000 within Korea or ₩18,000 for international delivery. Nothing appears at checkout that was not already on the page.
And because the two sites share one reference number, you never have to explain yourself twice. If you have a question about a find, write to us through the contact page and quote the number. For the full picture of the service, see how it works.
FAQ
Do I need an account on either site?
No. A request needs only an email address, and your link arrives by email. Shop Pay is there if you want a faster checkout next time, but it is optional.
Why can't I see the seller's URL?
The product page names the seller under the "Verified seller" badge so you know where the item comes from. We keep the direct URL private so that the page you pay on is exactly the one we checked, with the full price and the right variant.
Which site do I use to check my request?
The agency site. Open feelbetter.agency/r/ followed by your reference number, for example FB-00012, to see whether your request is received, sourcing, listed, sent or ordered.
