How long does it take?

Within 60 minutes of your request during concierge hours. You get one email with one verified link. If something will take longer, we tell you before the hour is up.

What does it cost?

The seller's price converted to Korean won, plus a 10% concierge fee (minimum ₩5,000) and a shipping estimate: ₩3,000 within Korea, ₩18,000 international. One price, shown before you pay. Import duties, if any, appear at checkout.

Do I need an account?

No. Tell us what you want and give us an email address; your link arrives there. Checkout works as a guest, with the payment methods you already use.

Can I pay through an AI assistant?

Yes. FeelBetter publishes Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP) endpoints, so an AI assistant that supports UCP can place your request and complete checkout on your behalf. The endpoints are listed on our page for AI assistants.
