Every link we send has been through the same routine. AI finds the candidates; a person opens the seller page and reads it. That reading follows a short checklist, and we think you should know what is on it, because each line exists to protect you from something specific. Here it is, in four groups.
Who is selling
Official or authorised seller. We look for the brand's own store, a retailer the brand lists as authorised, or a marketplace seller with a verifiable business behind it. This is the check against fakes and grey-market stock. A listing that looks right but comes from an unknown shop with no history does not pass, even if the price is tempting.
No private resale. Listings from individuals reselling a personal item are out. Not because people are dishonest, but because there is no business behind the sale: no invoice, no warranty, no one to write to if the parcel never comes.
What exactly is on the page
Item in stock. We read the stock state on the page itself, not from a search result. "Pre-order", "back-order" and "ships in 6–8 weeks" are not "in stock", and we say so on your link if we have to use one of them.
Right variant. Size, colour, edition, region, plug type. A listing that passes every other check but is the teal mug when you asked for the blue one is a wrong answer. The concierge selects the variant on the seller page and confirms it is purchasable in that combination.
Price and currency read from the page itself. Search tools and price trackers lag. The concierge takes the number from the seller page, in the currency it is actually charged in, and converts it to Korean won. The link price is that amount plus our 10% service fee (minimum ₩5,000) and a shipping estimate: ₩3,000 within Korea or ₩18,000 international. This is the check against stale prices and currency surprises.
Can it reach you
Ships to your country, or to a forwarder. Plenty of items are easy to find and impossible to receive. We confirm that the seller ships to your delivery country, or to a forwarding address we can use, before anything goes on your link. For overseas items we also quote customs duties when we know them, so the total on the page is as close to the final cost as we can make it. No surprise fees at the door is the goal.
Can you change your mind
A return policy exists. We do not require a generous one, but there must be one, written down. If a seller says "all sales final" in small print, we keep looking.
No auction ending soon. A listing that expires in forty minutes puts you under pressure to decide before you have read the page. We skip those. The right price will still be there tomorrow, or it was not the right price.
When a candidate passes all eight, we build your private page on shop.feelbetter.agency. The seller is named under the "Verified seller" badge, the variant is fixed, the price is complete. The seller's URL stays private so the page you pay on is the one we checked. If you want to see what this looks like, browse recent finds, or read what happens inside the hour. To start your own request, use the request page.
FAQ
What happens if no seller passes the checks?
We tell you. We would rather send an honest update with what we found and why it did not pass than a link we cannot stand behind. Often one missing detail from you, such as a size or a budget, opens up a seller that does pass.
Why don't you show me the seller's URL so I can check too?
The product page names the seller so you know where the item comes from. Keeping the URL private means the page you pay on is the one a concierge verified, with the right variant and the full price, rather than a page that may have changed since.
Is the check done by a person or by AI?
AI finds candidates. A person opens the seller page and goes through every item on the list. What goes on your link is the concierge's decision.
