A good request is short. It is not a letter; it is a label on a box: what the thing is, which one exactly, how many, what you will pay, when you need it, where it goes. Give us those and the concierge can spend the hour finding the item instead of asking you questions.
The template
Seven lines. Skip any you genuinely do not know, but the first two matter most.
- Item: brand and model name, as written on the product page.
- Variant: size, colour, capacity, region. The detail most often missing.
- Quantity: one, unless you say otherwise.
- Budget: a ceiling, all in. Our link price is the seller's price in won plus a 10% service fee (minimum ₩5,000) plus shipping (₩3,000 in Korea, ₩18,000 international), with customs duties quoted when known.
- Deadline: the date it must arrive, or the date you must decide by.
- Link or photo: a product page is best; a screenshot or a photo of the item works too.
- Delivery country: where the parcel goes, which decides shipping and customs.

Mistakes we see every week
- "Nice headphones, good for travel." That is a question for a friend, not a request. Name a model, or give us two or three you are choosing between and a budget.
- No size or colour. We can find the shoe; we cannot guess your feet. A missing variant is the most common reason a link needs a second round.
- A search page instead of a product page. Paste the page of the exact item, not a list of results.
- Budget as a feeling. "Not too expensive" means something different to everyone. A number lets us say yes or no in the first hour.
- No country. Shipping and customs change with the destination; without it the price on the link is a guess.
What happens after you press send
You get a reference number straight away. It looks like FB-00012, and it is all you need; there is no account to create. Your status page at feelbetter.agency/r/ followed by that reference moves through received, sourcing, listed and sent, and on to ordered once you buy.
Within the hour, the concierge emails you one link. It opens a private product page on our store with the item, the variant, the full price in won and the shipping estimate, and a normal checkout. If the item cannot be found or verified, the same email says so and offers an alternative where one exists.

FAQ
Do I have to write in English?
No. English, Korean, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, German and French all work, and the concierge replies in the language you used.
What if I do not know the model name?
Send a photo or a screenshot and describe where you saw it. We identify the item first and confirm it with you before sourcing.
Can I request more than one item at once?
Yes. List each item with its own variant and quantity. Each one becomes its own link, so you can buy some and leave the others.
