Why we send one link instead of a catalog

One request, one page, one decision. Why every find gets its own private product page, what that page shows, and what happens after you check out.

When you send us a request, you do not get a list of twenty options back. You get one link to one product page, built for you. People sometimes ask why. The short answer is that a catalog gives you more work; a single page gives you a decision.

One decision, not a browsing session

Our promise is simple: see it, want it, we'll find it. Within an hour of your message, a concierge sends one ready-to-buy link. AI gathers the candidates, and a human checks the seller page before anything reaches you. (The full process is on how it works.)

If we sent you the candidates instead, you would have to do the checking yourself: open each seller, compare the prices, confirm the size, guess at shipping. That is the part of shopping most people want to hand off. So we finish the job and send you the result.

One page also means one set of verified details. Every number on it was read from the seller's own page, converted and added up by us, and the page stays private to you.

What your page shows

Each find becomes its own product page on shop.feelbetter.agency. You do not need an account; the link arrives by email with your reference number (it looks like FB-00012). On the page you will see:

  • A match card: the item name, the variant we matched (size, colour, edition) and a photo, so you can confirm it is the thing you asked for.
  • A verified seller badge: we name the source seller and confirm it is an official or authorised one. The seller URL itself stays private.
  • In stock: checked at the time we built the page, not copied from a cached listing.
  • Ships to you: the seller ships to your country, or to a forwarder we use.
  • The price breakdown: the seller's price converted to Korean won, our service fee, a shipping estimate and, for overseas items, a customs note when we know it.

Behind the badge is a checklist the concierge runs on every find: official or authorised seller, item in stock, right variant, price and currency read from the page itself, ships to you, a return policy exists, no auction ending soon, no private resale. If any line fails, the page does not go out.

After you buy

Checkout is a normal Shopify checkout. Once you pay, we purchase the item from the seller on your behalf and forward it to you. You do not deal with the seller, the currency or the forwarder.

Your status page at feelbetter.agency/r/your-reference moves through five steps: received, sourcing, listed, sent and, once you check out, ordered. Each change also goes to your inbox, so you do not have to keep the page open.

When we send alternatives instead

Sometimes the exact item cannot be bought safely: it is sold out everywhere official, the only listings are private resales, or the one seller left does not ship to you. In that case we will not send a link that fails our checklist. Instead, the concierge writes back with what we found and, where it makes sense, one or two close alternatives: the same item from a different official seller at a different price, a neighbouring size or colour, or the current version of a discontinued model.

You choose. If one works, it becomes its own page in the usual way. If none do, the request simply closes. You pay only when you check out a link.

Ready to try it? Send a request and we will take it from there.

FAQ

Can I see the original seller page?

We show the seller's name and the verified badge, but keep the URL private. The product page carries every detail we read from it: price, variant, stock and shipping.

What if the price changes after you send the link?

Exchange rates are refreshed during the day, so the won amount can move slightly. If the seller's own price changes before you order, we tell you and rebuild the page.

Can I ask for more than one option?

Yes. Say so in your request, and the concierge sends each option as its own page so you can compare verified details rather than raw listings.
