The price on your link is one number, but it is built from a few lines you can check. We would rather you see them than wonder about them. Here is how a price is put together, one worked example, and what is not in it.
The four lines behind the number
Every FeelBetter price starts with the price the seller shows on their own page, in their own currency. The concierge reads it from the page, not from a search result or a cached listing. From there:
- Conversion to Korean won. We convert the seller's price at a rate we refresh during the day. The won amount is what you see on the page.
- Service fee: 10%, minimum ₩5,000. This is what pays for the search, the human check and the purchase on your behalf. On small items the minimum applies, so a ₩30,000 item carries a ₩5,000 fee rather than ₩3,000.
- Shipping estimate. ₩3,000 when the parcel stays within Korea, ₩18,000 when it crosses a border. It is an estimate, and it is on the page before you decide.
- Customs note. For overseas items, when we can work out the duty in advance, it is quoted on the link. When we cannot, the page says so.
A worked example
Say you asked for an item a US seller lists at 120 USD, shipping to you in Korea. The table below is an example; the rate is illustrative, and the real page uses the rate at the time it was built.
| Line (example) | How it is calculated | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Seller price | 120 USD, read from the seller's page | 120 USD |
| Converted to won | 120 × 1,400 (example rate) | ₩168,000 |
| Service fee | 10% of ₩168,000 (above the ₩5,000 minimum) | ₩16,800 |
| Shipping estimate | International | ₩18,000 |
| Customs duties | Quoted on the page when known; not in this total | — |
| Price on your link | 168,000 + 16,800 + 18,000 | ₩202,800 |
Every line in that table appears on your product page, so you can check the same arithmetic we did.
What is not included
Two things can sit outside the price, and we want to name them.
Seller-side promotions we could not apply. Some sellers run member-only coupons, app-only prices or sign-up discounts. If we cannot apply one when we purchase on your behalf, it is not in the price. We use the price the page shows to anyone.
Unexpected customs. When we know the duty, it is on the link. If a customs office assesses an amount we could not quote in advance, that amount was not in the price, and the page will have said that the duty was unknown.
How coupons apply
Member perks are applied at checkout, to the total on your link.
- WELCOME10: 10% off a first order for newsletter subscribers. Sign up in the store footer.
- BIRTHDAY15: 15% off in your birthday month, for members who have shared their birthday with us.
Enter the code in the Shopify checkout and the discount comes off the total. In the example above, WELCOME10 would take ₩20,280 off ₩202,800.

FAQ
Why did the won amount change slightly since I got the link?
Exchange rates are refreshed during the day. The seller's price in their currency is unchanged; only the conversion moved.
Is the shipping estimate the final shipping cost?
It is an estimate: ₩3,000 domestic or ₩18,000 international, shown before you decide. We purchase and forward the item, so you do not pay the seller or the forwarder separately.
How do I get WELCOME10 or BIRTHDAY15?
Subscribe to the newsletter in the store footer for WELCOME10; share your birthday with us as a member to use BIRTHDAY15 in your month.
