A gift request is a normal request with a few extra lines. You tell us who it is for and when it has to be there, and we do what we always do: find the item, check the seller page, and send you one ready-to-buy link within an hour.
What to tell us
Write the request the way you would brief a friend who is going shopping for you. Five things help the most:
- Who it is for. A sister who runs, a colleague who collects fountain pens. One line is enough; it tells us which variant to pick when there are several.
- The occasion. Birthday, anniversary, a new job, a housewarming. This changes what we look for if the exact item is sold out.
- Your budget. A ceiling in any currency. We stay under it, including our fee and shipping, or we tell you it is not possible at that price.
- The deadline. The date you need to decide by.
- Must-arrive-by. The date the parcel has to be at the door. This is different from the deadline, and it is the one we plan shipping around.
Add a link or a photo if you have one, and the delivery country. You can write in any of our seven languages; the concierge answers in the same one. Start at the request page.
Sending to someone else's address
You do not need to know the recipient's address when you send the request. We find the item first and email you the link. When you open it and go to checkout, you enter the shipping address there, exactly as you would for yourself. Put the recipient's name and address in the shipping fields and your own details in the billing fields.
If you want a short gift message included, tell us in the request or in the order notes at checkout and the concierge will note it on the order. We confirm the recipient address with you before anything ships, so a typo does not send a birthday present to the wrong city.
One honest limit: the price on the link already includes the shipping estimate for the country you named in the request (₩3,000 within Korea, ₩18,000 international). If the recipient lives somewhere else, say so up front and we will quote the right country.
Two perks worth setting up today
WELCOME10 takes 10% off your first order. You get it by subscribing to the newsletter; the signup box is in the store footer, on every page.
BIRTHDAY15 takes 15% off during your birthday month. To receive it, add your birthday to your account, or share it when you sign up. We use it for nothing else.
A gift you buy for someone else is still your own order. So if your birthday month lines up with a friend's, you can use BIRTHDAY15 on their present.
Realistic timelines for gifts from abroad
The link arrives within an hour. The parcel does not. Plan backwards from the must-arrive-by date:
- Items already in Korea: usually a few days from order to door.
- Items from overseas sellers: count the seller's handling time, international transit, customs clearance and the last mile. Two to three weeks is a safe planning window; some routes are faster, and holidays make everything slower.
- Customs: where duties apply, we quote them on the link when they are known, so the price you see is the price you plan for.
If the must-arrive-by date is tight, tell us. We will look for the item at a seller closer to the recipient, or tell you plainly that the date is not realistic and suggest a nearby alternative that can make it. We would rather say so than let a birthday pass with an empty box.
FAQ
Can the recipient see the price?
That depends on the seller. If a price-free parcel matters to you, say so in the request and the concierge will check what that seller can do before sending the link.
Can I track a gift order?
Yes. Every request gets a reference like FB-00012 and a status page at feelbetter.agency/r/ followed by your reference, moving from received to sourcing, listed, sent and ordered. The full process is on how it works.
Do I need an account to send a gift?
No. You can request without an account and the link arrives by email. An account is only needed for the perks: the newsletter for WELCOME10 and a saved birthday for BIRTHDAY15.
