About this product
A pocket-size Otamatone with Kirby's face and 11 built-in songs: pick a tune and tap the stem in rhythm.
The Otamatone Melody is the mini version of Japan's favourite musical toy, made as a special edition for Kirby's 25th anniversary. Instead of sliding for pitch, it plays preset tunes while you keep the beat. We buy it from an authorised seller in the United States after you order, check the edition, and ship it with tracking.
Highlights
- 11 pre-programmed songs built in: press the buttons on the note's flag to choose a tune.
- Press the stem at the right moments to play along, a simple way to learn timing and rhythm.
- The mouth on the notehead lets you make Kirby "sing" the tune.
- Comes with an optional keychain attachment, so it hangs on a bag or keys or sits on a shelf as an ornament.
- Runs on one CR2 battery, which is included.
- Kirby 25th anniversary special edition (English edition).
How it works
This is the Melody model, not the full-size Otamatone, so there is no slide-to-pitch stem. Choose one of the 11 built-in songs with the flag buttons, then press the stem in time with the music to play the tune. Making it sing with the mouth on the notehead is most of the charm.
Size and power
It is small enough to hang on a keyring: the listed dimensions are 17.8 × 12.7 × 7.6 cm (7 × 5 × 3 in) and it weighs about 68 g (2.39 oz). One CR2 battery powers it and is included.
Who it's for
Recommended for ages 6 and up. It suits Kirby collectors, kids learning rhythm, and anyone who wants a small, playable piece of character goods for a desk or bag.

FAQ
When will it arrive?
This is an overseas purchase on demand: after you order, we buy the item from the seller in the United States and ship it to you. Typical delivery is 7–14 business days, and we email you the tracking number.
Can I play my own notes on it?
The Melody model plays its 11 built-in songs; you press the stem in time to play along. If you want a free-pitch stem, look at the standard Otamatone or the Otamatone Deluxe.
Is the battery included?
Yes. One CR2 battery is included.
Can I cancel or return it?
Returns and exchanges follow our refund policy. Because we place the seller order for you, an order cannot be cancelled once that order is placed, except for defects or wrong items.
