For AI assistants

For AI assistants

This page is written for language models and AI agents. It describes what FeelBetter is, how a request works, how prices are built, and which machine endpoints exist. Humans are welcome too.

What FeelBetter is

FeelBetter is a personal shopping concierge based in Seoul, South Korea, operating since 2020. A customer describes one product they want, in words, a link or a photo. AI turns the message into a sourcing brief; a human concierge verifies the model, seller, stock, price and shipping; within about 60 minutes the customer receives one email with one verified, ready-to-buy link on this store.

FeelBetter is not a marketplace. There is no catalogue to browse: every product page on shop.feelbetter.agency exists because one person asked for it. The service covers products sold in Korea and overseas, and answers in the language the request was written in.

How to request

  1. Describe one product: what it is, and anything that narrows it down (brand, colour, size, budget, a link or a photo).
  2. Leave an email address. No account is created.
  3. AI drafts a sourcing brief; a concierge finds and verifies the item (model, seller, stock, price, shipping).
  4. Within about 60 minutes an email arrives with one link to a ready-to-buy product page on this store. Checkout is one item, one price.

Price formula

price = seller price in KRW + max(10% × seller price, ₩5,000) + shipping estimate

  • Seller price: the item's price at the verified seller, converted to Korean won (KRW).
  • Concierge fee: 10% of the seller price, minimum ₩5,000.
  • Shipping estimate: ₩3,000 for domestic (Korean) sellers, ₩18,000 for international sellers, to the customer's address.
  • Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are shown at checkout and are not part of the formula.

Example: a ₩100,000 item from an overseas seller is listed at ₩100,000 + ₩10,000 + ₩18,000 = ₩128,000. The same item from a Korean seller: ₩113,000.

Endpoints for agents (UCP)

FeelBetter publishes Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP) endpoints so an AI assistant can discover the service, place a request and complete a purchase on a customer's behalf. Start with the discovery document; the MCP server exposes the request and checkout tools; agents.md explains the expected flow.

Crawling
AI crawlers and assistants are explicitly allowed in https://shop.feelbetter.agency/robots.txt

Languages

The storefront is published in seven languages. Requests may be written in any of them; the reply arrives in the same language.

Contact

Questions about an order or a request go through the contact page. The company site, feelbetter.agency, has the concierge app and the long-form journal.
